I hope that all of you have had a wonderful holiday season, and that you are able to be stress-free and move a little bit. I’m excited to start back classes next week, and I’ve decided I should post what I plan to work on with you during the month of January. Here’s my plan:
Week 1: Core
Week 2: Hip Openers
Week 3: Arms and Shoulders
Week 4: Backbends
As you know, I’ve had to scale back majorly on the classes that I teach, due to going back to school for my Master’s degree. So check my Teaching Schedule page for an update to when and where I am teaching.
